About The Role

We are seeking an onshore Solution Architect in Turkey to oversee complex application design, scaling architectures, and backend framework choices. You will establish tech standards, design system interfaces, and guide distributed development pods in writing secure, highly performant services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, containerized microservice architectures using AWS/Azure cloud frameworks.
• Define API contracts, message queue structures (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and cache topologies (Redis).
• Select backend frameworks, design database schemas, and establish software engineering best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive code design reviews, ensuring security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Troubleshoot high-priority production system alerts, database deadlocks, and network anomalies.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a dedicated Architect or Technical Lead role.
• Expert-level understanding of cloud systems (AWS/Azure configuration, IAM, VPC, serverless).
• Strong experience with message brokers (Kafka), database indexing, caching strategies, and secure networking.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying high-traffic production platforms.
• Professional communication skills, with a track record of driving technical decisions across business lines.
