Senior Platform Architect at BairesDev

As a Senior Platform Architect, you will provide technical leadership and design scalable, secure cloud infrastructure to support engineering operations. You will act as a key driving force to align technical architecture with strategic business goals, mentoring teams and establishing best-in-class deployment practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architectural design and evolution of enterprise-scale cloud and platform infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and driving alignment across stakeholders.
• Design and advocate for robust infrastructure-as-code practices to automate environment provisioning.
• Establish scalable container orchestration strategies to ensure high availability and resource optimization.
• Drive continuous integration and automated delivery pipelines to streamline software deployment lifecycles.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Platform Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in technical leadership, architecture design, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and modern deployment practices.
• Exceptional skills in mentoring engineering teams and achieving stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
