Cloud Native Engineer at BairesDev
As a Cloud Native Engineer, you will specialize in the orchestration and management of containerized environments at scale. You will act as a key architect for modern infrastructure, ensuring that distributed systems remain highly available, secure, and optimized for peak performance.
What You'll Do
- Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters across major cloud providers like EKS, AKS, or GKE.
- Orchestrate container lifecycles and streamline deployments using Docker and Helm for efficient service delivery.
- Design and govern cloud-native networking architectures, focusing on CNI implementation and traffic management.
- Implement advanced service mesh solutions, such as Istio or Linkerd, to enhance microservices observability and security.
- Establish robust security protocols and cluster governance to protect infrastructure from vulnerabilities.
- Optimize the entire cluster lifecycle, from initial provisioning to continuous scaling and automated upgrades.
- 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in managing and scaling production-grade Kubernetes clusters across EKS, AKS, or GKE.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Helm.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native networking (CNI), cluster lifecycle management, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
