Senior Cloud Security Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for fortifying our cloud infrastructure and ensuring the integrity of our digital assets. You will act as a safeguard for our multi-cloud environments, aligning complex security requirements with scalable engineering practices.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust IAM policies and access controls to enforce the principle of least privilege.
• Architect secure network boundaries using VPC configurations, WAF rules, and advanced traffic filtering.
• Manage end-to-end data protection strategies including encryption at rest and in transit using KMS and TLS protocols.
• Lead the implementation of governance frameworks and ensure continuous compliance with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Automate security monitoring and incident response capabilities to minimize manual intervention and human error.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security checks and guardrails directly into the delivery pipeline.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Security Engineering or Information Security.
• Proven expertise in securing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of IAM design, network security controls, and data protection.
• Hands-on experience implementing and governing compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in automating security tasks and integrating security into DevOps workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
