Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems
- Defining integration strategy and overseeing inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation
- Partnering with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements
- Leading data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
- Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
- 2+ years of experience with leading the integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within large-scale, multi-stakeholder public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees
- Experience in government and public sector implementations
- Oracle HCM Cloud certified
