Solution Architect (Outbound), AI Infra
Indexed description
Aidome is building the Enterprise AI Control Plane for regulated organizations. Our platform enables enterprises, governments, financial institutions, and defense organizations to securely deploy, govern, and operate AI across cloud, hybrid, on premises, and fully air-gapped environments.
We are looking for an exceptional AI Infrastructure Solution Architect who is deeply technical and passionate about building enterprise AI infrastructure.
This is not a pre-sales role.
You will own customer deployments from architecture through production, designing and implementing enterprise AI platforms running on Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, and modern cloud-native technologies. One day you'll be whiteboarding AI architecture with a Fortune 500 CTO, and the next you'll be deploying GPU clusters, configuring Kubernetes, integrating identity providers, and troubleshooting production environments.
If you enjoy building complex AI infrastructure rather than simply talking about it, this role is for you.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Design and deploy production-grade AI infrastructure across Kubernetes, OpenShift, private cloud, VMware, bare metal, and fully air-gapped environments.
- Install, configure, and operate the Aidome Enterprise AI Control Plane in customer environments.
- Build and manage enterprise Kubernetes clusters for AI workloads.
- Deploy AI inference infrastructure including GPU nodes, model serving, and distributed AI platforms.
- Configure networking, ingress, load balancing, storage, security, certificates, and cluster operations.
- Deploy enterprise AI models including OpenAI-compatible APIs, vLLM, Ollama, NVIDIA NIM, and other inference engines.
- Integrate enterprise identity systems including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OIDC.
- Implement secure networking across firewalls, reverse proxies, VPNs, TLS, DNS, and enterprise security controls.
- Perform Proofs of Concept (POCs), pilots, workshops, production deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, storage, authentication, GPU, and performance issues.
- Build enterprise integrations with APIs, AI platforms, SIEMs, IAM platforms, security products, and business applications.
- Create deployment automation, installation scripts, Helm charts, Infrastructure as Code, and operational tooling.
- Produce reference architectures, deployment documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve deployment experience and influence the product roadmap.
- Become a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer's AI adoption journey.
- 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or similar customer-facing infrastructure role.
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
- Experience deploying and operating enterprise Kubernetes clusters.
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Experience deploying enterprise applications on-premises.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, reverse proxies, ingress controllers, and load balancers.
- Experience with authentication technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, automation, and enterprise integrations.
- Comfortable working directly with customer infrastructure, security, networking, DevOps, and cloud teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, containers, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer deployments.
- Red Hat OpenShift.
- Rancher, RKE2, or other enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
- NVIDIA GPU infrastructure.
- CUDA and GPU scheduling.
- NVIDIA NIM.
- vLLM.
- Ollama.
- KServe.
- Ray.
- Kubeflow.
- MLflow.
- OpenAI-compatible APIs.
- Hugging Face.
- Enterprise LLM deployment.
- Vector databases.
- AI gateways.
- Service mesh technologies including Istio or Linkerd.
- Helm.
- ArgoCD.
- GitOps workflows.
- Terraform.
- Ansible.
- VMware vSphere.
- Proxmox.
- Ceph.
- Enterprise storage systems.
- Microsoft Azure.
- AWS.
- Google Cloud Platform.
- Cybersecurity architecture.
- Zero Trust.
- SIEM.
- DLP.
- Enterprise IAM.
- Experience supporting regulated industries including Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Energy, or Defense.
- Love building infrastructure from the ground up.
- Are equally comfortable inside a Kubernetes cluster and an executive boardroom.
- Enjoy solving difficult infrastructure and deployment challenges.
- Prefer terminals over PowerPoint.
- Think like an engineer and communicate like a trusted advisor.
- Take ownership from architecture through successful production deployment.
- Enjoy working directly with enterprise customers.
- Want to help shape how enterprise AI infrastructure is deployed worldwide.
- Thrive in fast-moving startup environments where your work has immediate impact.
