As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the central liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of application components. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical strategies and project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
• Experience with designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and automation techniques.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and compliance considerations within cloud environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
• This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
