Solution Engineer

We are looking for a solutions architect who will work closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and technology partners to design, validate, and implement modern infrastructure and cloud solutions. The role involves gathering technical requirements, conducting proofs-of-concept (POCs), and driving successful solution implementation across on-premise and cloud environments. This position offers exposure to cloud platform architecture, hybrid infrastructure, and engagements with leading OEM technology vendors.

The Candidate Will Have Responsibilities Across The Following Functions

Requirement Gathering and Solution Design:

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable architecture and solution designs.
• Produce high-level and low-level solution architecture documentation.

Proof Of Concept (POC) And Validation

• Design and execute POCs to validate solution feasibility and performance.
• Evaluate technologies and provide recommendations based on use cases.

Implementation And Delivery

• Lead or support the deployment and implementation of solutions in customer environments.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure correct architecture implementation.

Client Engagement

• Act as a technical advisor for customers during pre-sales and delivery phases.
• Conduct architecture workshops, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs.

Technology And OEM Collaboration

• Work with OEM partners and vendors to evaluate products and integrate them into solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in cloud, infrastructure, and platform engineering.

Documentation And Knowledge Sharing

• Prepare architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and best practice documentation.
• Share learnings and technical insights with internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud platforms).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Exposure to automation, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
• Previous experience in customer-facing architecture roles.
