We are looking for a structured, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR & Recruitment Assistant.
In this role, you will support the daily HR operations of the company while actively contributing to recruitment and employee experience initiatives. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and gain hands-on exposure to all key areas of Human Resources in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, administration, and process management, while also being comfortable interacting with candidates and employees on a daily basis.
🧑💻 Your Area Of Focus
HR Operations & Administration (70%)
- Prepare contracts, addendums, offers, and employee documentation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS accurately.
- Track absences, leaves, and employee changes.
- Support payroll preparation by coordinating variables with the external payroll provider.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes remain compliant and well organized.
- Assist with HR reporting and administrative follow-up.
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, minor repairs, coordination with service providers, and assist in organizing team-building activities and company events.
- Assist employees with day-to-day HR questions and administrative support.
- Support recruitment processes from job posting to interview coordination.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain communication with candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate and onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and support recruitment follow-up.
- Participate in employer branding and internal HR initiatives.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Recruitment, or similar HR support roles.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). French is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable managing administrative tasks with accuracy and autonomy.
- Interest in recruitment and employee experience.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and confidence using HR systems.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
