About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical design of enterprise applications and data-driven platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing scalable enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, data architectures, and AWS cloud-based solutions. This role will provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA teams while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise applications and platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
• Define and maintain application, API, integration, and data architecture.
• Design solutions supporting complex business rules, calculations, workflows, and data processing requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet required standards for scalability, performance, security, maintainability, reliability, and extensibility.
• Evaluate technology options, frameworks, platforms, and architectural approaches and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, and engineering teams.
• Review technical designs, architecture documents, and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with established standards and best practices.
• Define and document architecture principles, design patterns, technical standards, and architectural decisions.
• Identify, assess, and manage technical risks, dependencies, constraints, and architectural trade-offs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure architectural decisions align with business objectives, technical strategy, and long-term product requirements.
• Guide teams in resolving complex technical and architectural challenges.
• Support solution estimation, technical planning, design reviews, and implementation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of application architecture, technology standards, and engineering practices.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Application Architecture, or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise web applications and data-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, API design, integration patterns, and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable and highly available AWS cloud-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience designing solutions involving complex business rules, calculations, data processing, and workflow requirements.
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns such as microservices, layered architecture, event-driven architecture, and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with relational databases and data architecture concepts.
• Strong ability to evaluate technology choices, architectural trade-offs, and technical risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
• Experience with SAP integration or SAP-compatible enterprise architectures.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware.
• Experience with API Management, messaging, event streaming, or asynchronous integration.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native development practices.
• Experience designing systems for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Experience with architecture governance, technology standards, and design review processes.
