theQA is Kuwait's first dedicated research platform, connecting organizations with 20,000+ verified participants across Kuwait and giving them the tools to run research projects end to end. We help brands and researchers gather high-quality, localized insights that support better decision-making and more effective strategies, built on a foundation of carefully vetted respondents.

We launched in 2025 and already work with enterprise clients across sectors including banking and retail. Team members contribute to building the tools and processes that strengthen research capabilities for clients across diverse industries, and we're now entering our next stage of growth.

Role Description The Role

We're looking for a Product Engineer to help build the next generation of theQA.

You'll work directly with the founders and take ownership across the product - from the participant experience to research tools, client dashboards, internal systems, and new AI and data products.

This is an early-stage role with significant ownership. You'll be expected to understand the problem, contribute to product decisions, and build solutions end-to-end.

What You'll Work On

• Participant-facing product experiences
• Survey creation and research workflows
• Client dashboards, analytics, and reporting
• Internal tools and research workflow automation
• APIs, databases, and backend infrastructure
• AI-powered product features
• Data warehousing
• Improving product reliability, performance, and scalability as we grow

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping software products
• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals
• Experience with APIs, databases, and production systems
• Ability to take a feature from problem definition through deployment
• Good product judgment - you think about what should be built, not only how to build it
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and undiscovered territories.
• High ownership and bias toward action
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining good engineering standards
• Comfortable using modern AI development tools to improve speed and quality
