AI Adoption Specialist

for a Well-Known Islamic Bank in Kuwait, we are looking for AI Adoption Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving AI adoption across the organization, identifying and implementing high-value AI use cases, designing and deploying AI agents, and supporting the development of our enterprise AI capabilities in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of AI technologies across the organization by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute AI adoption roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
• Assess, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of AI use cases across various business functions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build intelligent AI agents and copilots that automate business processes and enhance employee productivity.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated responses.
• Define effective prompt engineering strategies and reusable AI solution patterns.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, data analytics, automation, or related technology roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agent solutions and intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience working within large enterprises, financial institutions, or regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in delivering AI-driven business solutions from concept through production.
• AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Prompt Engineering and RAG.
• Microsoft AI ecosystem (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI) experience.
• experience in AI governance, Responsible AI, and relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, Python, JSON, and cloud-based AI solutions.
