Work you'll do
As a Lead Architect on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that align business requirements to scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs
- Evaluate application, data, integration, and platform options and recommend approaches based on technical fit, risk, and implementation considerations
- Create architecture artifacts, design documentation, and technical standards to support delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Guide engineering and product teams through solution design decisions, technical dependencies, and execution planning
- Identify technical risks, constraints, and trade-offs and define mitigation approaches to support performance, security, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
- 6+ years of experience designing solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or application architecture for enterprise systems
- 6+ years of experience translating business requirements into architecture diagrams, technical designs, and implementation documentation
- 6+ years of experience evaluating technology options across applications, integrations, data flows, security controls, and system performance requirements
- 6+ years of experience guiding software engineering teams through design reviews, implementation planning, and technical issue resolution
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
- 2+ years of experience leading architecture workstreams for sales, service, customer, or commerce platform implementations
- 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- 2+ years of experience working within architecture governance, design review, or technical standards processes
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams of architects, developers, product stakeholders, and business stakeholders
