About Searce
Searce is an AI-native, multi-cloud business engineering services company — not a traditional IT services firm. We partner with 3,000+ enterprises across APAC, AMER, and EMEA to engineer real, intelligent business outcomes through cloud modernization, data engineering, and applied AI.
We are a Premier Google Cloud Partner, top-tier AWS and Azure partner, and recognized as Google Cloud Workplace AI Transformation Partner of the Year, APAC 2026.
At Searce, cloud engineering is not about keeping the lights on. It's about rethinking how businesses operate — with intelligence, automation, and AI-native workflows at the core.
What This Role Is Really About
This is not a traditional DevOps role. You will engineer cloud reliability and DevOps delivery for AMER enterprise clients — but more importantly, you will bring a process-first, AI-native mindset to everything you build.
You will question why a process exists before automating it. You will use agentic AI tools to accelerate your work. You will think in first principles when designing pipelines, infrastructure, and reliability frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and operate GCP / Azure cloud infrastructure — AKS, VMs, Virtual Networks, Azure AD, Key Vault, Azure Monitor
- Own CI/CD pipeline engineering — Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code — Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates
- Drive DevSecOps practices — security scanning, policy enforcement, compliance automation
- Set up and own observability stacks — Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights
- Manage Kubernetes workloads on AKS — cluster lifecycle, Helm, autoscaling, RBAC
- Perform incident response, RCA, and proactive reliability improvement
- Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to automate repetitive operations and accelerate delivery
- Collaborate directly with AMER client stakeholders — translating technical reliability into business outcomes
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 3 – 8 years of hands-on GCP / Azure + DevOps engineering experience
- AKS, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Terraform in work experience (not just skills)
- Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana for observability
- Azure AD, Key Vault, Defender for security
- Python / Bash / PowerShell scripting
- Strong process-design thinking — not just execution
Mindset (Non-Negotiable)
- AI-native — actively uses AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) in daily engineering work
- Process-first — redesigns before automating; questions the "why" before the "how"
- First principles — builds from ground up, not from templates blindly copied
- Agentic AI readiness — open to and excited about AI-assisted operations and automation
Good to Have
- GCP or AWS secondary exposure
- SLO/SLI ownership experience
- FinOps / cloud cost optimization
- Client-facing MSP delivery experience
