About the Role
We are seeking a Solution Architect – .NET / React (AI-Augmented Engineering) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native solutions while driving the adoption of Agentic AI across the software development lifecycle. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, pre-sales engagement, and hands-on engineering excellence.
- Design and architect secure, scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET, React, and Azure/AWS technologies.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and implementation strategies across multiple engagements.
- Drive AI-augmented engineering practices using tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate technologies, manage risks, and improve solution quality.
- Support pre-sales activities including client discussions, solutioning, effort estimation, proposal development, and architecture presentations.
What We Need
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET technologies and solution architecture leadership.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, modern front-end development, cloud platforms (AWS and preferably Azure), microservices, and containerized architectures.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, customer-facing engagements, architecture documentation, and cross-functional team management.
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, research, documentation, and day-to-day work outcomes.
- Expected to adopt AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and human review of outputs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agentic AI-driven engineering workflows, prompt frameworks, and AI-assisted software delivery practices.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, SaaS/multi-tenant platforms, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Codefresh, or Octopus.
- Experience working with SQL Server, MongoDB, Entity Framework, Dapper, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- Exposure to proposal development, RFP responses, solution pitches, or AI/ML-enabled product capabilities.
