An established and fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of its platform and user experience. This is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and creating thoughtful experiences that deliver real value to users.

What you’ll be doing
- Own the design process from early concepts and wireframes through prototypes and final product delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions, improve workflows, and influence product direction.
- Design intuitive user experiences for complex B2B SaaS products and enterprise-level use cases.
- Collaborate with developers throughout implementation to ensure high-quality execution and consistency.
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s Design System and help maintain scalable design standards.
- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and turn insights into product improvements.
- Participate in research activities including interviews, synthesis, and discovery initiatives.
- Identify opportunities beyond assigned tickets and proactively contribute to product strategy and user experience improvements.
What they’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design within B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, interaction design, and user-centered thinking.
- Ability to quickly map user flows, build prototypes, and communicate design decisions clearly.
- Experience working in Agile product teams alongside engineers and product stakeholders.
- Understanding of front-end development fundamentals and technical constraints.
- Strong written and asynchronous communication skills.
- A practical mindset focused on solving user problems rather than purely visual design.
- Self-driven, collaborative personality with a proactive approach and low-ego attitude.
- Comfortable working with distributed international teams in a flexible remote setup.
