What You'll Do
- Lead integration architecture across the Oracle Cloud migration designing API- integration and standards that connect Oracle and surrounding enterprise applications
- Define current- and target-state architectures across ERP, HCM, CIS, and finance domains, utilizing Oracle tooling (OIC) and out-of-the-box configurations
- Guide application rationalization retain, retire, replace, or modernize decisions as Oracle modules displace legacy platforms
- Partner with IT leadership, an engaged implementation partner, and business stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment throughout a phased, multi-year transformation
- Contribute to SDLC standards, AI development guardrails, and architectural principles documentation as part of the Architecture Review Board
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience (hands-on coding background is a must to understand the current .NET, Python, low-code/no-code platform)
- 5+ years in application or solution architecture roles, including leading complex cross-functional implementations
- ERP experience SAP or Oracle strongly preferred; must understand how ERP modules interact with surrounding systems
- Hands-on experience designing API-driven integration layers between enterprise applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Oracle Cloud / OCI experience (OIC, Oracle data movement products); cloud and hybrid architecture background
- Experience with enterprise transformations, platform consolidations, or post-acquisition integrations
- Background in utilities, energy, or other regulated industries
- Strong executive and stakeholder communication skills; comfort presenting architectural decisions to IT and business leadership
You'll define the integration layer an API-driven architecture connecting Oracle Cloud and surrounding systems guide build/buy/configure decisions as new Oracle modules come online, and sit on the Architecture Review Board. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with direct influence over architecture standards, SDLC governance, and AI development guardrails.
