Cloud Architect

• Design, build and maintain Cloud infrastructure and solutions
• Develop new cloud solutions together with Product Teams and support them in their development
• Develop, extend and update integration Guardrails & Guidelines for the solutions.
• Contribute to the cloud engineering competency build-up, educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives and solutions, and providing associated training as required.
• Developing and enhancing the cloud platform and implementing design changes on the platform.
• Experience in Provisioning and decommissioning
• Serve as contact person for questions regarding cloud transformation and adoption
• Explore new technologies/create proof of concepts
• Develop reference patterns for common problems to ensure consistency and quality of cloud design
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
• Review solutions during key milestones of development, ensuring the deliverables and documents produced are traceable and adhere to specifications.
• Consult with other engineers to identify current operating procedures and clarify design and implementation objectives
• Formulate plans using industry-standard techniques to outline tasks required to deliver committed user stories.
• Work effectively as a member within an Agile team
• Ensure that tasks set out by the product owner are delivered on time with desired quality.
