What You'll do:
Seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Solution Architect with a deep understanding of SAP technologies, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA supply chain management and related modules. A strong background in implementing and architecting SAP solutions, including experience with system design, integration, and customization. Experience working in the Federal space is crucial, as it involves understanding the unique requirements, regulation, and challenges specific to government agencies.
Work with Government to understand business processes and requirements to assist in developing:
- Transformation Roadmap: Develop an SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap aligned to the Army transformation objectives.
- Technology Architecture: Provide advice on Application Architecture, Instance Strategy that includes S/4HANA cloud and application development and extensions.
- Process Optimization: Develop a strategy to optimize the business processes by leveraging SAP’s S/4HANA standard best practices
- Integration Architecture: Design integration architecture including their security requirements for integrations.
- Risk Management: Assess project risks documenting roadblocks, pain points and mitigation. Provide Decision, Analysis and Resolution (DAR) as a mitigation plan.
- Governance Model: Assist DoD customer’s governance model to enable successful transformation project execution.
- Propose Solution Architecture for the SAP cloud solutions including integrations and reporting.
- Leverage SAP Fiori (extensibility capability) to build intuitive user interface seamlessly integrating with the business processes.
- Collaborate with the Program Management team to manage the program smoothly, provide leadership to the project team and interface with the customer leadership.
- Develop and nurture strong customer intimacy through consistent, high-quality delivery, opening new opportunities for the organization to support other agencies’ goals.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the project, such as organizing, direct, and managing contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
- Provide day-to-day directions and oversight of the technical team, establish clear goals and continuously evaluate progress and provide guidance as needed.
- Ensure complete compliance with customer agency security and confidentiality requirements
- Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs and deliver reports and deliverables for the project.
- Assist with proposal efforts and business development add-on work.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the senior leadership.
- Must be a US Citizen (no dual status)
- Must be able to obtain SECRET security clearance. Preference given to candidates with minimum completed Public Trust investigation or active DoD security clearance
- Preference given to candidates with project management experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs (i.e., AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRACOM)
- 15+ years of SAP solution architecture experience
- 10+ years overall experience with DoW operational and system ERPs, preferably in an SAP enterprise solution architect role.
- 10+ SAP ERP Implementations, preferably S/4HANA experience.
- 2+ years Agile software development management experience
- Minimum of four full software development life cycle implementation experience
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

$116,724.00 - $209,019.00
