Presales Solutions Architect

At Copperpod AI, we're helping enterprises move from AI experimentation to real-world AI adoption.

We're looking for a Solutions Architect who can bridge business challenges with frontier AI capabilities. You'll work alongside our Enterprise Sales team, AI Engineers, and partners like OpenAI and Anthropic to design, prototype, and architect production-ready AI solutions for global enterprises.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers to understand business problems and identify AI opportunities.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
• Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and accelerate customer decisions.
• Partner with Sales to create solution proposals, technical presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Define scalable, production-ready architectures covering security, governance, reliability, and observability.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless transition from solution design to delivery.
• Stay at the forefront of AI by collaborating with ecosystem partners such as OpenAI and Anthropic.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, AI Consultant, Enterprise Architect, or Cloud Architect.
• Hands-on experience building or architecting Generative AI applications in production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, vector databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience estimating project scope, architecture decisions, and implementation effort.
