IT Infrastructure Strategic Lead (T00013107)

Main Role

• Provide strategic direction and lead the team responsible for Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Cloud Platforms, Infrastructure Project Management, Contract & MA, and Governance.
• Oversee people management, cross-team alignment, and service delivery for both production and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and develop technical teams in Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Cloud Platforms.
• Coordinate across teams including Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Operations departments.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable service delivery in both production and test environments.
• Develop infrastructure strategies, resource capacity plans, cloud roadmaps, governance models, and vendor management frameworks.
• Prepare performance, budget, and risk status reports for leadership.
• Introduce and implement new technologies in Cloud and Storage, optimize Virtualization and Backup approaches, and drive automation in Governance.
• Manage complex workloads, vendor relationships and risks, and ensure compliance with related regulations.
• Demonstrate expertise in Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), Storage Systems, Backup & DR, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IT Governance, and Vendor/Contract Management.

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure teams or related fields.
• Knowledge and skills in Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Cloud, and IT Governance technologies.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Vision for adopting new technologies to enhance organizational efficiency and development.
