We are expanding our VMware and Broadcom practice and are looking for a VMware Cloud Foundation Architect / Engineer to join us from Luxembourg, Belgium, France or Germany.

What you'll do

• Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor for VMware customers

• Design, assess and optimize VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments

• Architect VMware infrastructure, modernization, migration and adoption strategies

• Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions and architecture discussions

• Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including solution design and customer presentations

• Define and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations and transformation projects

• Work closely with Broadcom, distributors and partner organizations

• Help build and grow our VMware and Broadcom practice

🧑 What you bring

Required

• Strong hands-on VMware experience in enterprise or consulting environments

• Solid knowledge of vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, lifecycle management and upgrades

• Good working knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting, architecture, implementation or advanced support

• Ability to lead technical discussions with customer IT teams and decision makers

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Professional proficiency in English

Highly preferred

• VMware Cloud Foundation architecture experience

• VCAP certification

• Additional VMware certifications

• Experience with NSX, vSAN, Aria Suite and automation platforms

• Experience working for VMware, Broadcom, VMware partners, MSPs or systems integrators

• Experience delivering customer workshops, assessments and architecture reviews

• German, French or Luxembourgish language skills
