Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering with a leading Dublin-based client to recruit a Principal Cloud Architect to lead the design, security, governance, and optimization of enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role will provide architecture leadership, security oversight, technical governance, Infrastructure as Code expertise, and support cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, assessment, and governance of Azure and OCI cloud platforms.
• Perform cloud architecture reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning.
• Define and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Design and support Azure Networking, Firewalls, Identity & Access Management, Azure AD (Entra ID), and PIM.
• Monitor and manage security logging, compliance, cloud security posture, and remediation activities across Azure services, Microsoft 365, and Citrix platforms.
• Support security operations for Azure Key Vault, Azure SQL, and cloud security platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance, advisory services, and implementation support to projects and operational teams.
• Support cloud services including APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Web Apps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Power BI.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years' experience delivering enterprise cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Security, and Cloud Governance.
• Strong experience with Azure Networking, Firewalls, Azure AD (Entra ID), PIM, Security Monitoring, and Identity Management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Key Vault, APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Web Apps, ADF, and Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
