Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Architect / Enterprise Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organization's technology vision, enterprise architecture, and cloud modernization strategy. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions while establishing the enterprise technology roadmap across applications, integrations, infrastructure, and DevSecOps.

The ideal candidate is a strategic technology leader with deep expertise in AWS cloud services, modern application architecture, containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and enterprise integration. You will partner with business leaders, engineering teams, and product stakeholders to modernize legacy applications, improve delivery velocity, and ensure technology investments align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure, highly available, and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern architectural patterns.
• Lead enterprise application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy platforms to microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, security best practices, and technology reference models across the organization.
• Design enterprise integration solutions using APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Drive DevSecOps adoption by implementing automated CI/CD pipelines and security-first software delivery practices.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve scalability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor engineering teams on cloud architecture, software design principles, infrastructure automation, and best practices.
• Ensure enterprise solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and operational requirements.

Must Have:

• Spring Boot, AWS, EKS/ECS, Enterprise Architecture

Good to have:

• .Net knowledge, PostGresql/Document DB, Kong, solace, Dynatrace/Opensearch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AWS cloud solutions.
• Strong experience defining enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and technology roadmaps.
• Proven experience leading cloud transformation and application modernization initiatives.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, API-first architecture, and event-driven design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience leading architecture review boards and enterprise governance processes.
