Solution Architect

Experience – 8 yrs

Location: GIFT CITY, Gandhinagar

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Solution Architect who can independently design, evaluate, and drive complex technical solutions across AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.

This role is not limited to architecture documentation – you will be expected to think like a CTO, take ownership of ambiguous problems, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Design.
• Translate business problems, RFPs, and client requirements into scalable technical architectures
• Design systems involving microservices, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML pipelines, and data platforms
• Technical Decision Making
• Evaluate trade-offs (cost, scalability, performance, time-to-market)
• Make independent decisions on tech stack, architecture patterns, and integrations
• AI/ML & Automation Use Cases
• Design solutions involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, OCR, and automation workflows
• Evaluate tools like Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI, open-source LLMs, etc.
• Drive AI-augmented engineering practices by integrating LLMs and automation into development workflows (e.g., code generation, test creation, architecture design, and documentation), and identify opportunities to improve team productivity using AI.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture
• Architect systems with strong reliability guarantees, including high availability (HA), automated failover, backup strategies, and disaster recovery (DR) planning across multiple availability zones and regions/data centers.
• Design data layers involving MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka, ClickHouse, etc.
• Pre-Sales & RFP Support
• Analyze RFPs and define solution approaches
• Create architecture diagrams, effort estimations, and technical proposals
• Hands-on Problem Solving
• Debug architectural issues in production systems
• Work closely with engineering teams to unblock critical challenges
• Governance & Best Practices
• Define architecture standards, coding practices, and deployment strategies
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability across systems
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in architecture roles
• Strong experience with:
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Distributed systems and high-scale applications
• Hands-on experience with:
• APIs, backend systems, and databases
• Kubernetes / containerized deployments
• Exposure to AI/ML systems (LLMs, RAG, NLP, CV) is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of high availability (HA), failover strategies, and disaster recovery (DR) planning (RTO/RPO, backups, replication, multi-region setups).
• Experience in handling enterprise clients and complex requirements
