What You'll Do

• Act as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle
• Lead architecture, security, and deployment discussions to ensure successful platform adoption
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements and technical challenges
• Build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders, providing guidance on integrations, infrastructure, and best practices
• Gather customer feedback and help shape future product enhancements

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a customer facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Cloud Architect
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise systems
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
• A proactive, customer focused mindset with a passion for technology and innovation
