GTM Architect Switzerland
Indexed description
You will spend the majority of your time driving early-stage discovery, designing technical solutions, and estimating effort for new opportunities. Once a project is underway, you will transition to an oversight role, serving as the engagement's standing technical authority to ensure delivery quality matches the proposed design.
You will operate at the intersection of modern application architecture, artificial intelligence, and automation. In this role, you will help clients develop strategies to modernize workloads on Red Hat OpenShift, design model-serving and retrieval architectures using OpenShift AI, and scale enterprise-wide automation using the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. This is a premier opportunity to drive the technical presales pipeline and provide technical oversight for Red Hat’s most strategic accounts in Switzerland.
What You Will Do
- Drive GTM & Presales: Partner with Swiss Account Managers and TSMs to lead technical discovery workshops with enterprise and public-sector customers, evaluate application portfolios, design target architectures, and build accurate effort estimations
- Provide Technical Governance: Support active deliveries as the technical design authority. Lead clean handovers to the delivery team, review architectural decision records and take periodic hands-on, billable delivery rotations to keep your skills sharp and your credibility intact
- Architect Platform & Automation Solutions: Design robust, cloud-native environments using Red Hat OpenShift and map out scalable enterprise automation frameworks using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
- 5+ years of professional IT experience, with 3+ years specifically in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or technical presales role
- Deep architectural and production knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift (or Kubernetes) and the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (or large-scale equivalent automation frameworks)
- Fluency in English and German is required. Fluency in French is a strong plus
- Red Hat certifications are a bonus
