Overview

面向制药行业客户以办公室工作为主完成液质相关仪器耗材软件及服务的销售支撑与落地是从销售执行向独立客户开发进阶的入门级岗位1年内完成基础能力搭建逐步成长为可独立负责区域线索运营的内部销售。

- 完成报价标书订单支撑等基础工作掌握液质产品知识与制药行业客户特性

- 面向全行业中小客户通过多渠道线上触达完成新客开发沉睡客户唤醒快速提升区域客户覆盖

- 为制药行业客户提供场景化产品推荐完成线索筛选报价成单全流程通过和Field Sales对接或独立负责指定区域线索跟进达成销售指标

Responsibilities

负责制药领域客户的报价单制作精准匹配液相色谱质谱等仪器及配套耗材的型号/参数/报价条款确保信息零差错。

独立完成投标文件的全流程制作包括资质梳理技术应答报价封装配合项目负责人完成标书提交与跟进。

协助外勤销售完成订单流转合同核对物流进度同步做好已合作制药企业的日常客情维护。

整理制药行业客户档案同步更新液质产品线的市场需求竞品动态信息完成基础销售数据统计。

独立开展指定区域内制药企业的新客线上开发通过电话线上会议完成初次触达与需求挖掘。若有必要可独立完成客户拜访。

承接分配区域的线索培育与全流程跟进从意向对接需求确认到成单转化完成对应销售指标。

独立向客户讲解液质仪器的核心功能与制药场景适配方案配合技术支持完成线上产品演示。

跟进区域内存量客户的复购耗材升级需求挖掘二次销售机会。

Qualifications

本科及以上学历药学分析化学制药工程生物工程等相关专业了解液相色谱质谱基础原理与制药行业检测场景。

• 可熟练操作Office办公软件能独立完成Excel数据整理Word标书排版PPT方案制作。
• 工作细致耐心具备较强的规则意识能高效完成多份报价标书的并行处理零低级错误。
• 沟通表达清晰有主动服务意识愿意从基础销售执行工作起步逐步成长为独立的内部/外部销售。
• 有制药行业实习仪器销售助理经验或参与过液质相关实验项目者优先。
