Software Engineer - Platform

Arlington, VA, or New York, NY (on-site/hybrid)

The work:

• Build a best-in-class signaling firewall to detect and mitigate malicious signaling attacks
• Detect fake base stations (cell-site simulators)
• Detect and prevent spam and smishing campaigns
• Alert users transparently when they are actively targeted by hackers or nation states
• Own the full software lifecycle, from problem discovery to delivery, across foundational components of the telecom stack
• Ship reliable, performant, scalable systems that let other product teams build without deep infrastructure expertise

Required:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering
• Strong foundation in computer science or a related technical field
• Fluency in a modern backend language (Go, Rust, Java/Kotlin, or Python)
• Solid command of algorithms, data structures, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
• Clear written and verbal communication, fast iteration, high-quality bar

Nice to have:

• Active US security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
