Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
In this role, you will act as a key connector between business users, IT teams, and external vendors-ensuring systems are performing at their best and evolving with operational needs. From supporting system enhancements to driving adoption and delivering training, your work will directly improve user experience, strengthen system performance, and unlock new capabilities. You'll also contribute to cybersecurity, data integrity, and process optimization, ensuring reliable and secure operations.

How you'll make an impact
- Deliver training and support to key users and end-users on system capabilities
- Communicate new features and drive system adoption across teams
- Manage incidents and change requests through full lifecycle delivery
- Ensure accuracy and availability of technical documentation
- Collaborate on vulnerability management and system security improvements
- Maintain application configurations, SNOW, and CMDB data quality
- Analyze and optimize MES/ECS processes aligned with manufacturing needs
- Gather user feedback and support continuous system enhancements
Your background
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with MES, ECS, or manufacturing systems
- Strong understanding of incident and change management processes
- Knowledge of system integration, configuration, and documentation practices
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
