Job description

Trakyo is marketing attribution for creators, agencies, and online education. We track which YouTube video, Instagram reel, ad, or sales call actually drove revenue — across deep links, tracking pixels, webhooks, and stitched user journeys.

Revenue is strong and growing fast. The roadmap is the bottleneck — that's where you come in.

The team is small, the work is broad, and you'll be hands-on across the stack — things shift around based on interest and skill.

What we're working on right now:

• Scaling our multi-tenant data platform
• Next-gen attribution and tracking infrastructure
• Public API, SDK, and MCP server for partners and power users
• New platform integrations
• Machine learning and data science on proprietary data — the biggest bet on our roadmap, and the part we're most excited about. Happy to go deep on it in conversation.
• SOC 2 and the security and privacy work that comes with moving upmarket

Stack: Supabase (multi-tenant Postgres), ClickHouse, Cloudflare Workers, Next.js, TypeScript, Hono. AI-forward — Claude Code, plus automated deep review on every PR.

Must have:

• 6+ years backend/full-stack, ideally with multi-tenant Postgres at scale
• Strong SQL — you're comfortable owning the data layer, not just calling it
• Comfortable in a small team and being hands-on
• Senior enough to set standards and mentor without ego

Bonus:

• Attribution, martech, or ad tech domain experience
• Cloudflare Workers / edge compute
• ClickHouse / OLAP / data engineering breadth
• Applied ML, data engineering, or large-scale data pipelines

Details:

• Fully remote, GTA-based (occasional in-person team hangouts)
• Compensation Range: CA$150K - CA$180K
• 2-week sprints, async-first
