Software Engineer

Technical Environment & Scope

• React, Java, and TypeScript
• Optional: PHP, Golang, AI, Vue
• Ruby on Rails (Prior experience not required; opportunity to master on the job)
• Development of AI engine APIs, LLM-based agents, and global logistics systems
• SQL database modeling, REST/GraphQL API design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• Design and maintenance of server-side logic and scalable architectures

Team & Culture

• Agile/Scrum methodology within small, autonomous teams
• Collaboration with internal AI Research Scientists and multinational engineers
• Open environment with a flat hierarchy and rapid release cycles
• Support for technical study groups and continuous system improvement

Requirements

• Extensive (5+ years) experience in full stack/server-side development
• Strong grasp of data structures, security principles, and design patterns
• English-first communication (Japanese: Beginner level OK)
• Proactive approach to learning new technologies and business domains
