Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a distributed domain team responsible for building and maintaining data feeds that power key areas of the enterprise. This team operates within a scaled agile environment using a pod structure and offers a strong culture of technical growth backed by leadership with an Amazon background.

What You’ll Do

• Work within a 3-person pod as part of a distributed domain team, delivering feeds into critical enterprise systems

• Operate within a scaled agile environment with 2–6 week sprint delivery cycles

• Solve complex, ambiguous problems as part of a high-aptitude engineering team

• Continuously build technical depth through a structured upskilling program

What We’re Looking For

• 2.5–3 years of professional software engineering experience (leaning toward the higher end — candidates who can hit the ground running are preferred)

• Strong experience with Java and Spring • Experience with any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Strong computer science fundamentals — be ready to speak to algorithms and data structures in the interview process

• A problem-solving mindset and genuine curiosity for learning new tools and systems

• Claude Code

• MongoDB (for candidates without prior hands-on experience)

• Kafka, for pipeline development

• AWS
