Back End Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join a cutting-edge GenAI team, building advanced AI-driven platforms at scale.

You’ll design and develop an AI Agents Platform, working with technologies like LLMs, RAG, and Agentic Workflows, and take part in creating innovative systems that improve developer experience and enable fast, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using modern technologies
• Build and architect scalable AI-driven systems and platforms
• Develop and implement AI Agents and Agentic workflows
• Work with LLMs, RAG architectures, and advanced AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and production deployment

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Python / Node.js / Java
• Solid understanding of software architecture and distributed systems in complex environments.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Proven experience building and implementing RAG architectures and LLM-based systems.
• Strong experience with AI Agents and complex Agentic workflows- must
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph / LangChain (or similar)- must
• Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus)
• Familiarity with LLMOps, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and model optimization
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning across multiple tools and languages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead tasks end-to-end
