About The Role
You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling AI-driven infrastructure and software solutions that support advanced products and services. Working within the AI Infrastructure and Governance team, you will help ensure reliable model capacity, robust governance, and effective collaboration across engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
- Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.
- Effectively support GenAI development teams, manage model capacity, and maintain governance oversight.
- Complete complex bug fixes.
- Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
- Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
- Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Resolve complex technical issues as necessary.
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
- Advanced knowledge of AI systems/vendors, models, capacity planning and provisioning
- Strong understanding of AI governance and security best practices
- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques and data modeling principles
- Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams while mentoring others

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
