At Hays, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with solid experience across both frontend and backend development with strong experience with Python, Angular,AWS, and OpenShift/Kubernetes, including CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance to support the development projects for a leading global pharmaceutical company.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
- Contribute to the definition of software architectures and development best practices.
- Develop and implement solutions across both frontend and backend environments.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and Operations teams.
- Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and automation practices.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technical standards.
- Participate in the integration of services and the evolution of scalable architectures.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong focus in backend development.
- Strong experience with Python, Angular, AWS, and OpenShift/Kubernetes, including CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, service integrations, and microservices architectures.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent/Advanced level of English to collaborate within international environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience participating in large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of application security, observability, and performance optimization.
- Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring other developers.
