Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Coordinator located in Casablanca, Morocco. The Operations Coordinator will oversee day-to-day logistics, manage operational workflows, and ensure efficient execution of company processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supporting customer service, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication between different departments to meet operational goals, wherof:
- Preparing commercial offers and responding to client inquiries
- Managing vessel port calls
- Providing shipowners and clients with real-time information related to port calls
- Coordinating the various services delivered to vessels
- Monitoring the collection of payments related to port calls
- Intervening on-site (at the port) when necessary
- Conducting visits and audits of branches in different ports across the country
Qualifications
- Master degree/Supply Chain Management and Global Logistics or equivalent
- Strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills to oversee workflows, manage schedules, and ensure smooth processes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess operations data, solve problems, and enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and/or French is highly desirable.
