Software Engineer – DMS & B2B Integrations

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer – DMS & B2B Integrations to join our Customer Connect team.

Kramp Group develops e-commerce, supply chain, finance, and data science solutions that push the ag-tech industry forward. We are building a digital platform that serves thousands of customers and generates over one billion euros in annual revenue. Our aim is to make it easy for our customers and dealers to run their business.

What is your role?

Your Mission: Analyze, build, and test integrations with potential Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and integration partners while ensuring an easy, smooth, and seamless onboarding process for our dealers.

  • Analyze, design, build, and test integration solutions (OCI, cXML, REST APIs, EDI) between Kramp and potential Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and key B2B partners.
  • Provide an easy and smooth onboarding process and structured integration journey for new dealers and integration partners.
  • Work in an Agile SCRUM team building new features, microservices, and integration capabilities.
  • Map systems, data flows, and dependencies while translating technical complexity into clear options, trade-offs, and actionable direction.
  • Test new technologies, propose continuous software improvements, and resolve bugs in existing tools and services.
  • Participate in international cross-functional projects related to master data management, e-commerce, and content.
  • Operate within Agile SCRUM Methodologies utilizing the Atlassian toolchain (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Git) for effective collaboration.

What Success Looks Like

  • Seamless & Tested Integrations: Robust and thoroughly tested integrations with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and B2B platforms.
  • Smooth Dealer Onboarding: An easy, structured, and fast onboarding process for dealers connecting to Kramp services.
  • Clear Technical Transparency: Clear transparency on system dependencies, team efforts, and validated technical architecture.

Your team

You will join a team of developers and a product owner, working mainly on microservices in close collaboration with other developers. We operate on a fully cloud-based environment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), primarily working with TypeScript (JavaScript), CloudRun, and PubSub. Being part of our international and cross-functional Customer Journey teams, combining Business Analysis, Data Science, and Software Development.

Who are you?

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, technical analysis, and system integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, TypeScript, and common cloud languages.
  • DMS & B2B Integration Expertise: Proven ability to analyze, build, and test integrations (OCI, cXML, REST APIs, EDI).
  • Smooth Onboarding Focus: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver an easy, smooth dealer onboarding process.
  • DevOps & Cloud background: Terraform, GitHub, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and Microservices / Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Cloud Mindset: Experience with or eagerness to learn with a Google Cloud First mindset.
  • Mindset & Communication: Explorative, independent, strong team player with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • SDLC Ownership: Experienced across the full software development lifecycle and ready to own it end-to-end in Scrum.
  • Quality Standards: High quality standards in output, sharing knowledge co-operatively within the team.
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
