A valued client based in Brussels is looking for a Full Stack Data Platform Engineer to join their Data Platform team. This role focuses on building, automating, and supporting a modern cloud-native data platform, combining infrastructure, platform engineering, and software development expertise.


Key Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python and Shell scripting.
  • Hands-on expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Deep knowledge of AWS, including IAM, networking, compute, and storage services.
  • Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes workloads on Amazon EKS.
  • Proficiency with Git (ideally Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Snowflake administration experience, including security, RBAC, governance, and resource management.
  • Experience provisioning and managing Snowflake environments using Terraform.
  • Strong software engineering, automation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.


Nice to Have

  • Java and Spring Boot experience.
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with cloud-native data platforms, DevOps, and Platform Engineering practices.
