Job Overview
As a FullStack WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, implementing both front-end and back-end functionalities, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. You will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to bring innovative web solutions to life. Bilingual fluency in English is a must as you will frequently engage with team members and stakeholders based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Implement responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Manage website hosting, security, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, WordPress updates, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with WordPress (themes, plugins, and custom development).
• Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery, React, or Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of PHP and MySQL for back-end development.
• Experience with version control (Git) and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with headless WordPress, Gutenberg editor, and modern development practices.
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization (caching, CDN, etc.).
• Experience with WooCommerce and other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Docker or other containerization technologies.
