Full Stack Engineer

We're hiring a Founding Engineer at Hub.

Hub is a data lab for physical AI, backed by Y Combinator. Frontier AI labs and robotics companies need real-world training data at scale, we're the infrastructure behind capturing, verifying, and delivering it, end to end.

What you'd own

• Multiple platforms serving hundreds of thousands of users today, scaling toward millions: consumer, business, mobile, internal.
• Anti-fraud and automated QA. You own the quality bar on everything we ship to clients.
• Backend and infra that has to hold as we scale an order of magnitude.
• Payout systems moving daily volume across 100+ countries.
• Live production for some of the biggest names in AI, with hard specs and hard deadlines.

The Profile

• Shaped by one of the most selective, concours-based engineering pipelines out there. Early in your career, not early in your ability. We look for outliers with outstanding achievements and unreasonable grit.
• Exceptional individual achievement: elite rankings at competitions or concours, hackathons won, a system you hacked together, projects at real scale or revenue.
• You live for programming. Thousands of GitHub contributions this year, active open-source participation (frequent late-night commits on weekends, on your own).
• You treat agentic engineering as a craft. You research the field daily and always run a SOTA customized harness.
• You're willing to sacrifice to be part of an extraordinary journey, working at the center of the embodied AGI frontier alongside the biggest AI labs.

Stack

Python, FastAPI, Postgres, React, React Native + Expo, ARKit/ARCore, Docker, GCP. Multimodal pipelines at real scale: ingestion, QA, fraud detection, computer vision, delivery in MCAP and LeRobot.

Comp + logistics

$80,000-$90,000 base, 0.25% to 1% equity.

Remote, based in France. Paris office opening soon.
