About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 7–8 years of experience to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems. You will lead backend development initiatives, work on microservices architecture, and contribute to high-performance, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java.
  • Build and manage microservices-based architecture.
  • Develop secure and scalable REST APIs.
  • Optimize application performance and system scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and delivery.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–8 years of experience in Java backend development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and deployment practices.
  • Proficiency with Git and version control systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in enterprise or SaaS environments.
