About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Python / AI Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to design, build, and deploy scalable backend and AI-driven systems. You will work on cloud-native applications, microservices, and AI solutions, collaborating closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance, production-ready platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
  • Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities such as NLP, automation, predictive models, or LLM-based solutions.
  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop secure and scalable REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in backend or platform engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with experience in building production-grade systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI / Machine Learning frameworks and AI-driven applications.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
  • Strong experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, or RAG-based systems.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration or automation tools (Airflow, n8n, etc.).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Prior experience working in SaaS or product-based environments.
