We're partnering with a leading fintech company to find a talented Java Developer for their growing Product Development team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on business-critical applications, collaborate with experienced engineers and architects, and contribute to products used by thousands of customers. What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications
• Build reliable, scalable business solutions alongside developers and architects
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Develop new features backed by unit, integration, and acceptance tests
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the technical stack
• Work within Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban

What we're looking for

Essential:

• Commercial experience developing enterprise applications with Java
• Strong understanding of Java fundamentals
• Experience building web applications
• Experience working with relational databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of software design patterns
• Experience supporting production systems
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Fluent Lithuanian and English
• Must be based in Lithuania with the right to work there (EU citizenship or existing work authorisation required)

Nice to have:

• AWS experience
• Java certifications
• Fintech experience
• Front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience building high-traffic, scalable applications
