JOB TITLE: Backend Cloud Engineer (Any Cloud)

JOB LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Hybrid working mode)

The Cloud Engineer position is critical to making this happen and your key accountabilities will include:

• Building real-time analytical capability to power:
• ANZx's finops capability, helping identify opportunities to refine and improve the efficiency of our services
• How we provide support to platform users; leveraging automation to improve
• How we measure adoption and migrate users to new products and patterns
• Providing platform users insights on how they can get more value out of spend on cloud resources
• Creating a consistent data model and standard patterns for ingesting, storing and visualizing data
• Leveraging advanced techniques to create a modern support experience

What will your day look like?

• Working in an agile framework with a cross functional team of Platform and analysts to deliver solutions for understanding and improving the platform ANZ Plus is built on:
• Building optimized data solutions and ingestion patterns with considerations for security and data governance
• Building data pipelines and a real-time data eco-system to provide interactive customer experiences that will feed data into other systems via multiple interface types

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• More than 3 years of total experience in position related to Cloud Engineer or Devops Engineer, BackEnd Developer
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Holistic understanding of cloud infrastructure – VPCs, networks, security
• Deep knowledge of scripting languages
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with infrastructure such as code tools such as Terraform or similar technologies.
• Nice to have experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or any code pipeline in cloud
• Nice to have programming languages (Python, Java, Golang, ….)
• Strong experience in building infrastructure architecture for applications
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in an agile development environment.
• Strong ability in English, confidently working in an international environment
• Good interpersonal skills, communication and management skills.
