What you'll do
- Design and ship product features across our React SPA and Python BFF services
- Collaborate on FHIR integrations, scheduling workflows, and AI agent tooling
- Write clear tests and participate in code review
- Help improve reliability, security, and developer experience
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Strong experience with React and a modern backend (Python preferred)
- Comfort working in regulated or data-sensitive environments
- Clear written communication and ownership mindset
- Healthcare, EHR, or HIPAA experience
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, or event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with FHIR or HL7
- Remote-first team
