Senior Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Act as a advisor to application development teams to plan, implement, and support new and existing web applications

- Engage in the full life-cycle of a product, from early concepts and prototypes to full deployment

- Define clean, safe and reusable code

- Promote good software engineering practices

- Actively participate in the team’s and company’s agile processes

- Working as part of a team to develop and maintain web applications

- Analysis of problems and development of technical solutions as well as specifications

Requirements:

- 7+ years of software development experience

- professional experience with Java, Spring Boot/ Spring, Hibernate

- Strong knowledge on OOP, Design Patterns, TDD, SOLID principles and Unit Testing

- Strong knowledge on REST and/or SOAP services

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure and/or AWS )

- Experience with micro services architectures

- Knowledge of Scrum and agile principles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good command of English
