Overview

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer — a technical builder who turns strategic ideas into real, working AI-powered solutions.

This is not a traditional software engineering role. You will operate at the intersection of AI, product, and systems — owning how solutions are built, deployed, and scaled in real environments.

You will work directly with stakeholders, real data, and live systems to deliver production-ready solutions. The focus is speed, iteration, and impact — not perfect code or long design cycles.

This role is built for engineers who think architecturally, move quickly, and leverage AI as a core development tool.

What You’ll Do

Solution Architecture and Design

• Design end-to-end technical solutions across AI, data, infrastructure, and integrations
• Make build vs. buy decisions across tools, platforms, and custom solutions
• Define system behavior, inputs, outputs, and success criteria

AI-First Development

• Use AI tools to generate code, infrastructure, and workflows
• Review, refine, and validate AI-generated outputs
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on working solutions

Integration and Data Engineering

• Connect solutions to APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and legacy systems
• Build and manage data pipelines, transformations, and workflows
• Ensure data quality, accessibility, and readiness for AI use cases

Solution Delivery and Iteration

• Deliver working prototypes in days, not weeks
• Iterate based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics
• Deploy production-ready systems within client environments

Technical Feasibility and Advisory

• Evaluate data readiness and system complexity early
• Provide clear technical judgment on what will and won’t work
• Partner closely with strategy stakeholders to align feasibility with business goals

What This Role Is Not

• Not a traditional developer writing everything line-by-line
• Not a consultant delivering slide decks instead of solutions
• Not a purely strategic role — this is hands-on execution
• Not siloed — you collaborate within a small, high-performing team

Required Experience

• 5–8+ years in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or solutions architecture
• Experience building and shipping end-to-end systems
• Strong exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
• Experience across multiple domains: APIs, cloud, data, and integrations
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate needs into solutions
