Description:

• The ideal candidate is passionate about using modern AI tools to accelerate software development, improve code quality, automate testing, and increase engineering productivity.
• This individual is a self-starter who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, quickly learning new technologies, and delivering secure, scalable solutions in AWS.
• Experience with one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Go (Golang), or JavaScript is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Uses AI as a core part of their daily software development workflow.
• Has experience with one or more modern programming languages (Java, Go, or JavaScript).
• Has experience building and deploying applications in AWS.
• Is a self-starter who takes initiative and works well with minimal direction.
• Is eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
• Writes clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code.
• Collaborates effectively and enjoys solving challenging technical problems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) as an integral part of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience developing software using one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Go (Golang), JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience designing and deploying applications in AWS.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and engineering practices.
