Production Designer

Job Title: Production Designer (Remote) About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer with solid design fundamentals and hands-on production experience. You'll take creative concepts from our design and marketing teams and prepare them for final output — ensuring every asset is accurate, on-brand, and ready for print or digital deployment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves a good style guide, and can juggle multiple projects without dropping a deadline. Job responsibilities - Produce and format final design files for print, web, social, email, and other marketing channels - Adapt existing creative into multiple sizes, formats, and templates while maintaining design integrity - Prepare print-ready files, including color separations, bleed, and trim - Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to execute campaigns on time - Review layouts for typos, alignment, spacing, and brand consistency - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs - Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets - Troubleshoot production issues with printers, vendors, or platforms as needed - Stay current on file specs and requirements across various platforms and print vendors Job Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in graphic design or production design (agency, in-house, or freelance) - Must be available to work 9am – 6pm PST - High proficiency in Figma - High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign - High-level print layout experience (bleed, CMYK, color profiles, die lines, trim/packaging specs) - Excellent, high-level communication skills, including proactively updating stakeholders and working across a distributed team - Sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines - A portfolio demonstrating production-quality work (not just concept work) Nice to Have - Experience with large-format print - Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) - Basic motion graphics or video editing skill Schedule: Night Shift Setup: Remote Why Join STAFFVIRTUAL? - Competitive compensation and benefits package - Training, career growth, and global exposure - A collaborative and supportive team culture If you're a motivated, client-focused professional who's ready to grow with a company that values people and performance, we'd love to hear from you.
